The Intolerance of Tolerance – When a Virtue Becomes a Vice

The classical view of tolerance is to treat people with equal dignity and respect but to treat ideas as though some are better than others.

This definition has been turned upside down: ideas are treated with equal respect but people are treated as if some are better than others.

Because of this confusion, today’s champions of tolerance are becoming increasingly intolerant of those who hold to a Christian worldview.
